Care Selected in AU
Evidence-backed products for pregnancy, breastfeeding, and early motherhood, chosen with care for real life.
About The Mamman Box
Founded by a French/Australian former nurse, The Mamman Box began with a simple question: why was it so hard to find evidence-led products for pregnancy, all in one place?
While researching pregnancy-related support, our founder found plenty of advice but a fragmented product landscape. She set out to find the products worth knowing for pregnancy and beyond, then make them easier to discover, compare, and trust.
The result is a calmer way to shop for pregnancy, breastfeeding, and early motherhood: fewer tabs, clearer context, and a selection shaped by evidence, ethical making, and real usefulness.
Real bodies, every chapter
Pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding are seasons of change. The imagery around them should make room for texture, softness, fatigue, strength, and every version of a body—never a demand to be perfect.
Before pregnancy
Your access to useful information and products does not need to wait for a due date. Every body deserves respect and practical choices now.
During pregnancy
Pregnancy can be strong, soft, unfamiliar, joyful, and difficult—sometimes all in the same day.
After birth
Postpartum bodies deserve practical support, patience, and products that do not ask them to bounce back.
Breastfeeding
Breastfeeding support should meet each family where they are, without judgement or one perfect way to do it.
How we choose
01
We look for clear reasoning, reputable standards, and support from the right health and industry voices.
02
Australian-owned and women-owned brands lead the way, with a small number of French companies included for their history, craft, and quality.
03
We look for ethical production, transparent materials, and lower-impact choices wherever the evidence is there.
04
Selections should support the journey from pregnancy into breastfeeding and early motherhood—not become clutter after one chapter.
